At LECC, the wellbeing and safety of our construction workers comes as a priority. Ms. Jerop is the OHSD of LECC and has been in the construction industry for over 5 years. She holds a bachelors degree in Biosafety and Biotechnology from The University of Eldoret. With her broad range of occupational safety and environmental experience, she brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to ensure that the projects run safely 

Eng. Kemei is the technical director as well as projects engineer at LECC and has been in the commercial construction industry for over 7 years. He holds a bachelors degree in civil and structural engineering from Moi University and project management certificate from Oxfam GB. He is also a registered engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK). With his broad range of construction experience, Kemei brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to direct construction projects and successful outcome of every LECC projects 

Ms. Chelagat is the accountant at LECC and has been in the construction industry for over 5 years. She holds a bachelors degree in economics from The University of Nairobi. She is also CPA-K holder. With her broad range of accounting experience, she brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to ensure that the projects run smoothly and successful.
